The hotel's location is ideal for teenagers with its proximity to Rainbow's End and various fast-food outlets. The rooms, however, were uncomfortable due to a lack of windows and stuffiness, leading me to switch to another hotel nearby. The unhelpful and rude receptionist added to the unpleasant experience.

While some were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond, others, especially one of the late-night shifts, seemed lazy and had an off-putting attitude. Unfortunately, the receptionist we encountered was deemed the MOST UNHELPFUL and ARROGANT I've ever come across in my travels.
